A landing zone was set up at the Squamish Elementary School for medevac.
A medvac has transported injured people to a Vancouver area hospital after a serious crash in town this evening.
The accident happened around 5 pm at Queens Way and Commercial Place.

Squamish RCMP has yet to confirm how many people were injured in the accident.

for making a turn south or north onto Queensway … the traffic on Queensway is obscured and usually very fast …. making a right turn even has its hazards…. fix it with a round-a-bout or signal lights, well there is still time to save a life.
