Squamish RCMP is looking for the owner of money that was found by a local resident on Eagle Run Drive in Brackendale.
On December 12, a kind citizen came to the detachment to turn in money they had found in the Eagle Run neighborhood. “If the money belongs to you and you can identify the amount and related descriptors, contact the detachment. Police will hold the money for 90 days and if not claimed by the rightful owner, it will be turned over the kind citizen.”
Mischief to school windows
On December 8, between about 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., unknown people broke some windows at Howe Sound Secondary School. Witnesses saw some people running away from the area when this incident happened.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
Search on for couple with connection to Squamish
Prince George RCMP is asking the public to keep a watch out for a couple with connection to Squamish. Police is searching for 28-year-old Jason Graham Burley and 24-year-old Robin Morelli. Neither Jason nor Robin have been seen or heard from since early in the morning on December 12, 2022.
Both have lived in Squamish at one point, police say.
