New grocery and liquor store coming to Britannia Beach Townhomes development

Britannia Beach Townhomes and Historic Retail Village, a community of 73 modern townhomes developed jointly by Adera Development and Macdonald Communities, is excited to reveal the new anchor tenants leading the way toward the completion of a bustling and vibrant artisanal historic retail village of Britannia Beach.

Seamlessly blending historic architecture, the anchor tenants feature a grocery and liquor store operated by The Boat Shed Group and their partners, located in Building 1, known as the Dining Hall & Bunkhouse.

Additionally, the community will welcome the Copper Beach Bar + Kitchen in Building 2, the Dry, managed by the hospitality division of IRL Group. Furthermore, Building 7, referred to as the Honeymoon Cottage, will host an on-site daycare, ensuring a safe and convenient space for youngsters in the area.
